I have been a loyal buyer on amazon until now. Before purchasing this expensive watch ($2,000) I read through Amazon's return policy which said I can return jewelry for a full refund. If you do not have all of the original paperwork that came with the wacth they then will charge a restocking fee of 15%. What is not stated is that there might be a different return policy from the 3rd party you buy it from off of Amazon. The watch was not exactly what I wanted so I returned it and was charged a 10% restocking fee and I had all of the original paperwork as stated.
Very frustrating experience as I lost $200. You are better off going to a local store to look at the watch and if you decide to return it within 30 days they would give you a full refund. Horrible experience overall.
